"Please whatever you do DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. you will have nothing but trouble with the landlord. had several issues in our apartment and we would let them know but no answer and wouldn’t come fix anything. they are against white people (a lot of discrimination). always talk bad things about everyone living there, will do the landlord special including painting over mold & leaking areas & even painted over the whole bathtub, will try to cause a lot of drama, will try to kick you out for no reason at all, will try to make you pay extra on rent & say to you that you didn’t pay rent when you showed them receipts & paid always on time (by the way they don’t charge everyone the same here). they charge based on favorites. the windows are basically falling out. These are horrible people please do not. There’s a lot more but you get the point."
