Sam came by and helped me hang my TV on the wall, even let me use his drill bc my battery died. Impressed and very appreciative."

"Maintenance request was timely done with replacing plastic seal on shower door. However, when closed, the door is about 3/4 of an inch lower than the stationary glass side. I do not think it's supposed to be this way??? Not certain?"
