"Apartment is presented as a luxury apartment but it’s basically just overpriced. I had a neighbor whose entire family lives with them (8 adults) and management did nothing. They allowed their small children (maybe 4 years old) to play wherever and I frequently found them on my patio. Management did nothing. My upstairs neighbor was an alcoholic who made so much noise I often had to stay at friends or hotels to get sleep. Management was presented video and did nothing. I was told I could move early but I literally just spent thousands to move there. Why not move out the noisy neighbor? There was never enough parking and I was often blocked into my garage by other people just parking wherever. Again, management did nothing. My air broke twice in one summer and the second time it took them a week to fix it. I paid 2k to be hot and pay for several nights at a hotel. Management would not even entertain a rent reduction. Oh and maintenance will come in your place whenever. I have cameras that showed them doing so but my concerns were dismissed. I changed my locks the last 4 months of my lease and just changed them back when I left. Do not rent from here. I’d expect this experience from a lower level community… not one dubbed as luxury. I know I’ll get a response saying they are sorry and to contact them but why would anyone do that? You didn’t care when I was there so why care now?"

"It's been a positive experience overall in our 6 years. We have seen both good and no so good changes taking place. A remodel of the kitchen and mater bath was a very nice upgrade. The assumption of the water utility adding an admin fee of almost $9 a month has resulted in hidden fees by creating a "middle man" between the resident and the water company. The water is very hard. The sound insulation between apartments for 1 and 2 BR is very good. Not sure about the 3BR flats. Paul, Steve on maintenance are excellent. Elec and gas run about $115/mo for 2BR (as of 7/22). Recreational amenities like tennis and volleyball have been dysfunctional or removed. The pool water is fairly good but should be vacuumed more often as a fair amount of debris is usually on the pool bottom. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings"

"We moved in March of 2016 and loved it but wanting something more roomy for our two dogs. We left but ended up returning to the falls in March of 2018 because we loved it so much. The staff always answers emails or calls so timely. Emily was a great landlord but she left the falls shortly after we moved in the second time. The pub is a great add to the place! You can drink and walk home safely in this community. Overall nice people and such a clean spayed apartment you can’t go wrong. Dog friendly as well with large spots of grass to let your dogs walk freely and they provide doggy bags to pick up! Safe, clean, and fun! Would recommend."
