"Hidden fees, no attempt at enforcing parking/dumpster/dog excrement, sent a random man into apartment early one morning. If you’re paying $2k/month there are better rental properties immediately next door and many houses for rent at similar price in the area. You will regret locking into 12 months here."

"The grounds are quiet and well maintained with activity areas for your kids and furbabies, there is also a dog wash room so you don’t get your own bathroom all wet or break your back which is heavenly. The office staff and maintenance team are knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I’m looking forward to my time here."

"I lived here for almost 4 years. Leaving because moving out of state. For the age of the property it is well maintained and they are periodically making improvements, both inside the apartments and outside on the property. The employees are kind and helpful. I especially liked the events they planned, it just wasn't often enough."

The property as a whole is very quiet. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Our townhome is super chic with updated fixtures and appliances -- and it's been a blast to decorate. Looking forward to many nature walks and fun in our new home!"
