"I lived at Pine Run for two years. Yes, the units are on the older side, so you will probably have to get maintenance done at some point depending on how long you stay. However during my stay there, I will say that maintenance requests are handled very quickly, and Heather and Kelly are both great property managers. Of all the apartments I have been in, they were the best to deal with. Both were good at communicating and taking care of any issues I had. The neighborhood was just ok in terms of being near things to do, but I did always enjoy my neighbors while at Pine Run. Everyone was always really friendly. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a more budget friendly option!"

"Although. I was unable to visit the property in person, and I decided to apply. Needless to say, I applied. There’s a $250 administration fee. Everyone 18 years old and older must fill out an application. The app fee is $50. We basically threw away $400. The first time I applied at Pine Run, I didn't have to pay an administrative fee. Not to mention, a debt collector even called me regarding Pine Run. We had an agreed upon date (payment arrangement) to pay the application fees, but Pine Run tried to withdraw the money 2 days before the agreed upon date. Really? They never sent me an invoice or bill. Instead, I had to find out from their lawyer that Pine Run wanted money for 2 applications that were never even completed. Since the pandemic, property management companies, and private landlords are wanting no less than $1500 a month for their rental properties, potential renters must make 3 to 3 1/2 the monthly rent, not to mention the 700 credit score....I've been discriminated against because of my dogs, who are registered emotional support companions."

"My Aunt and Uncle have been living in Pine Run for a little over 8 years... They absolutely love their townhouse. Their neighbors are very friendly. The maintenance people take care of any problems they may have very fast. There are many stores located around the townhouses and they sit on the bus line."
