"First, just love this new construction community - wow! If searching for a stand alone home, Stillwell Jerome is perfect. Love the amenities such as the private back patio and a yard! The finishes throughout the home we toured were impeccable. Gorgeous kitchen with top notch appliances. I wouldn't be leaving a great review here if I also didn't mention, Angelis - bottom line, she is exceptional! From start to finish, she made things seamless for us! Her professionalism, style and just her personality, are characteristics we look for when renting a new place from someone. Angelis is also very knowledgeable and is ready to address questions. We would absolutely recommend Stillwell Jerome and meeting with Angelis to tour a rental home! Trinity"

"Based on first impressions, Stillwell Jerome seems like it will be a great community. Both Angelina and Angelis were extremely helpful and friendly. They picked our brains to see what we were looking for and what we liked about the units we toured. They were able to answer all our questions, and if they didn't know something, they quickly found an answer and communicated it to us. They allowed us to come see a unit again to get measurements to verify our furniture would fit in the unit style we chose. Some things that put this place over the top for us were the stand alone units, the ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room, and the fenced in back yard. The company that runs Stillwell appears to take great pride in what they are leasing out. The finishes are clean, there were no discernible construction mistakes, and they are spending time having a team properly clean the construction debris out of the future units (unlike our past residences). I hope to see that this attention to detail and cleanliness continues as the community fills up.While it's still under construction, it seems like the complex will be a great fit for us. We're excited to move in!"
