Arlington Village Apartments

"The landlord will stock you and hassle you at random times. Acts like your a problem to her for any requests. Will snoop through your things when you are not present. Bullies Everyone. Does not update anything until it's a major major problem like flooding in other apartments. Mold in several units. No fire escapes on upper floors only one way in and out. Many regulations in lease that your responsible for everything which almost includes general wear and tear. Tries to make you pay for stuff that is not in your control. Makes you responsible for cleaning carpets and painting upon moving out. DO NOT LIVE HERE For sure you Paula, you hassled us and caused a lot of stress in the household. I payed you for a place to stay not for you to stick your nose where is does not belong. Am I supposed to jump from a second story balcony? Will be posting screenshots of harassing messages/situations to follow. This is an anonymous review because I know you like to follow people around/ give bad reference."

"My husband and I lived here for two years, and brought our first baby home here too. We absolutely loved our time here. Paula and David were so attentive and responsive whenever we needed anything, and really made us feel like home. Our 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom apartment fit our needs perfectly, and the huge walk in closets were an amazing bonus! Also a very peaceful area, all our neighbors were friendly - we even had our downstairs neighbors lay salt down in the winter while I was pregnant/had a newborn so that I wouldn’t slip. We moved because we got new jobs a few hours away, otherwise we didn’t want to leave. Wonderful experience here at Arlington Village ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Tenants and future tenants!! “Beware” Property manager will impose a $200.00 fee “NOT” listed on contract for a re-renting fee when you leave. Manager snoops your visitors out and tells you who can visit you. “Manager” charged a fee of $130.00 cash each week for dog sitting and wouldn’t give a receipt which is evident she pocketed the $260.00. Look thru other reviews it is eveident this place isn’t aware of managers doings. Tenants know your rights and Montgomery county fair housing will help you as they have me. As well as Ohio Civil Rights Commission. BE AWARE!!! manager will try to make contact with employers and family to create turmoil... There is an ongoing investigation on her and soon the manager will have to answer to the attorney Generals office."

"I lived there for a year and got out as quickly as I could. They are nice but they only work a few hours a day and maintenance does not know what he’s doing. They will not hire professionals unless they absolutely need to. And that was only done after I moved out. I had mold in the walls, under sinks, leaking pipes, leaking windows, the list goes on. The move out list to get your deposit back is absolutely ridiculous. I strongly advise looking elsewhere when searching for apartments in Germantown."

"We moved our family into our apartment here in July 2013. We took over managing the complex June 2015. Hopefully we have been able to correct the issues that people have commented about since we started managing the complex. I have been asked several times how I would describe the complex and I tell potential tenants that we are like a family. You have people that keep to themselves, but most everyone here is friendly."
