"Do not move here! The entire complex is infested with bedbugs the landlord has zero regard for the Tennant's and will take their time to fix anything. They will give you an hour notice before fixing your appliances if they even get back to you. You're better off being homeless than paying $550 a month to live with bedbugs. The landlord is disrespectful and will put the blame on you for what goes wrong in your apartment, even if you have bedbugs she will blame you for it. If you have a balcony, expect the locks not to work. Of your heaters break, don't count on them to fix them in a reasonable amount of time. Any plumbing issues you have, she will take her time to fix even if you end up having mold in your sink, she will take her time to even respond to you. And a lot of the time they will ignore you if you complain about bedbugs or about anything going wrong in your apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!"

"Basically if you pay your rent you can do what you want. That means yell at the top of your lungs and blast ghetto rap while others are sleeping. One SOB had a pot party that started at 1pm! This place is ghetto drug land. If you are peaceful and have a family DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!"

"Lived here for 6 months before I realized what was going on. Rent was cheap but only because these buildings are infested with drugs & junkies. Needles in the hallway, the guy next door with a grow closet & kids in the house. Police in and out every weekend for noise control. Although some units are entirely remodeled, the others are absolutely rundown. I decided to leave after the apartment owner left me a voicemail on my cellphone telling me to get rid of my dog or she will evict me immediately. Really? I did not have a dog. She accused me with out even coming to my apartment or talking to me directly. For all I know she was probably on drugs too. This place is so grimey and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend it to a homeless person"
