"This place is so great! Maintenance is so quick to respond and take care of any issues you have. Amanda is such a kind hearted person. I moved out before my lease was up and I had everything out of the apartment except for my super heavy bedroom set that I didn’t want anymore and I had no help to move it. She was kind enough to say she will take care of it!!! Man what a load off my mind that was such a nice thing to do! Thanks a million! Definitely recommend."
"Lived there for 9 years. It was home and I felt safe. In many aspects I did enjoy living there but here are the cons: Hate the fact that there's no in unit washer and dryer or at least hookup. And instead of being able to use quarters you have to load a minimum of 5 dollars on to a laundry card which means a trip to the bank. The downstairs library is pointless, for one, as there is a public library next door, and is disgusting with old firniture. For how much the rent increases it would be nice if they could turn it into a small gym even with donated equipment. The lack of central air makes for a very hot summer night during sleep because the AC unit doesnt circulate to the room and having it on all day causes the AC unit to freeze up. They came in and said they fixed it but it still didnt work right. Same happened for my dishwasher for years until i made them replace it. Rent for my cat was 75 dollars a month on top of the initial deposit. Also when you live there for consecutive years they continue to raise the rent without making any updates to your apartment. I had finally decided the apartment was not worth the rent that I was paying by time I left."
"I call several times a month to see if an apartment has opened yet. Every single time I call, Amanda answers the phone with such a great attitude and professionalism. I would be sick of hearing from me by now!, but she's always polite!"
"Clear, timely communication and good customer service skills are imperative when running a business. These are qualities this apartment complex does not possess. I was very interested in leasing an apartment here and made time to go see a unit I was told was still available only to get there and be told that it was no longer available and nobody had deemed it necessary to let me know and save me the trip. Please advise your staff on proper customer service etiquette, apartment hunting is already stressful enough on its own, there’s no need for your staff to add to it."
"I had absolutely no issues while living here. At least in terms of the unit, and the staff. The Landlord - Amanda is great. She's informative, easy to talk to, and she's actually got a sense of humor. I don't see how anyone could not like her, she's the best landlord I've had. Give this girl a raise!! I had a 1 bedroom then upgraded to a 2 bedroom when I got a roommate. The only things I had issues with was the cost. I had to pay a one time nonrefundable $300 transfer fee, even though it sucked moving across the parking lot. The cat fee is $75 a month :( which is a little outrageous. I'd rather just pay a nonrefundable fee up front. Other than that, the laundry facility was always clean, although the washers and dryers are a little small and it sucks you have to get a money card.. We never had any issues with anyone, either. Maintenance is always great, polite, they leave notices in advance if they will be entering. They actually know how to fix problems, which is a huge plus because they don't have to keep coming back to try to fix the same problem. Honestly, living here was nice. The units are well kept, although they could use a little updating, they are pretty spacious and the layout is pretty good. The only reason we moved is because it was closer to my work, and we would have our own Washer/Dryer for the same price, otherwise we would probably still be living here!"
