"Currently renting for a year now and going to be renewing my lease, would give it a 5 star but for someone like me on my own even with a cat the rent is a bit too high. The rent would make sense if there were two people with an income. It’s almost like they are going off my co-signers income instead of mine. I make less than my co-signer(who doesn’t live with me) and I get paid every two weeks so only occasionally do I get paid three times a month and even then I’m kinda struggling but managing to pay the rent on time even though it takes most of my one paycheck and then end up taking the other one as well for the other month as it comes up and then getting paid so many days after that rent is taken. I’m still trying to get my apartment together and I want to stay here. Literally I have no where else to go anyways that is cheaper and includes most of the other stuff like water, heat, AC, trash, etc. but overall a nice place to live."

"This company illegally tried taking money for instances their maintenance never fixed. Just know to take before and after pictures because they will lie and charge you 3000 for damages that were already there. Would not recommend renting from this leasing company!!"
