"This has became the worst place I’ve ever lived in tiffin the will tear your family apart and give you ridiculous unnecessary violations and will also have people watch your every move that shouldn’t be able to know anything about you and they will record you doing stuff I do not recommend this apartment complex to any one anymorw"
"Always smells like marijuana even in actual nonsmoking apartments. The management doesn’t do anything about it. They tell you they can’t do anything until they get a police report.. you call cops and then then manager just say there is nothing they can do. They are more concerned with trash not making it in the dumpster or dog poop not getting picked up. Drugs run rampant in the apartments."
"My sons mother lives there .. she has cp and i go over there to see the kids . But they always think i live there but i dont . Also there are people who call the cops none stop . I mean it can be 3 in the afternoon and the cops will be knocking now as i said my sons mother has cp and i go take oit the trash or help her clean the housr up . I have gave my id for this 3 times its almost on the verge of harassment now. Other than that my girl likes it there"
"I give 4 stars due to. Basic housing inspection is making sure the apartment is not damaged. They can not give warning nor try to evict over a little bit of clutter or having laundry in the laundry room. That is when it becomes invasive. Regardless of what the maintenance guy's opinion is he can not tell anyone they have clutter in their unit or not to have laundry in their laundry room. He needs to stick to the inspection guidelines set forth by law. Not his personal opinion."
"Gorgeous apartments and the manager Chris is an awesome guy! He’s very helpful, funny and genuinely cares for tenants. The apartments offer quite a lot of space. Neighbors are nice and introduced themselves to me right away. Very kid friendly environment. Definitely worth it for the price and wait and I all around love it here so far."
