"There is a new manager Kari she works hard to get things done. And I know she isn't always given materials needed to do all the work that needs to be done. There have been many issues here in the past and I believe it is being improved. I can say parking lot is very nice and updated. The individuals that are above residential manager are not very responsive and can be hard to deal with at times"

"The units are bug free and clean. We have been updating units, placing new carpet and vinyl plank throughout. New parking lot last summer. The community is great and has come a long way."

"I've been here since 2011 and I think the place is run by Excellent Managers. Kerri is a hard working person always doing something to improve the place."

"Never stayed here but was hired to do some work and they decided that I had to many hours added up and they could just reduce them. Reccomend against highly as most of the apartment have mold, bed bugs cockroaches, or fleas. Drains under the dumpsters are mostly clogged up, and the last managers they hired in the 2 or 3rd month of this year had sever drug problems. Staff is over worked and under paid and deserves better in my opinion. Current managers are good at there jobs and good people but have virtually no help. I would say other than if your in dire need, stay as far away as possible."

"Cozy apartments and since the new management came in however long ago, more seems to get done to the best of their ability. I only come to visit but haven't had any issues when there. For what it is, it's a pretty good place."
