"Absolutely awful. I lived there for two years. They sent me to collections when I thought I was paid up. Very poorly managed. I encourage all of my friends/family/you to not live here. I’d rather be homeless. Lowering my credit 120 points over a $500 bill that you never mentioned. Can’t get them on the phone. Can’t get them in person."
"I have been here 5 yrs. and Dave has been absolutely the best since I moved in. He came in today to change the toilet from a leak. He cleaned up everything even the mess from the leak!! I am elderly and can’t get around so he was a heaven sent."

"We have been at Quail Run for a year and a half. It is a great place to live. The location is perfect as it is close to so many things. The apartments are spacious. We love the walk out patio. There are a lot of extras, the pool, a workout room, and a park. The office staff is especially helpful and friendly."
