"Has a deposit, but rented the apartment to a Honda engineer coming from California, and can'tback out now because he'son hisway? Sounds like he discriminates and not everyone treated the same. Sounds very illegal to me!"

"This place is full of unwatched kids running everywhere! Running threw the building, parking lots, and everywhere! There’s trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Some apartments have 2-3 islander families stuffed in them! Parking lots full at night! The apartment are supposed to have a locked entry, we lived there for 1 year and it was broken. It constantly smelled like cigarettes and weed in the hallway. We had mice chew threw the outdated 1980’s dishwasher. We had mice run under the doorway from the hallway. We had mice crawling in the stove. I keep a clean house and the employees said it was coming from a down stairs unit. The water heater is only 25 gallons. So forget taking a nice hot shower, or having people take back to back showers. There is no washer/dryer hookups so you use the expensive ones downstairs, which are always dirty and people leave there clothes in them. People come from all the buildings to use them so first come first serve. As far as the apartment inside, it needs updating, but it was a generous size, with large rooms. We knew it was temporary, that’s the only thing that got us threw that situation."

"To anyone thinking about moving in here, please reconsider. My fiancé and I moved here as our first place together. It seemed nice and the rent was cheap. A month after moving in we realized we moved into the worst place possible. Aside from the overall stench of the place, the other tenants would bang on the walls and run up and down the hallways. The owner/manager would not ever do a thing about it. When we brought this issue to his attention, he so politely replied, and I quote, "it's not my problem. It's yours." Yes, ladies and gentlemen. That is really what he said. We made it a year in that apartment and got out as soon as possible. We waited months for repairs in that place only to be blown off every time we called about them. Now that we moved and were waiting for the deposit to be returned, they have taken the entire depost, and charged us more. For what? Your guess is as good as mine. The kicker is, the other day we called and he said the only issue with the apartment is that there was a small hole in the wall that a lamp fell into. So please, everyone. Learn from our mistake. Live anywhere else."
