"I should've listened to the reviews but due to the fact that my tooth broke, and it was an emergency I settled for this place. I made the apt Friday and went in Monday. The hygienist was nice. The dentist was nice too. The service was inexpensive and fast, I paid out of pocket. It was simple - I had an old filling that was beginning to fail and allow decay in the tooth and a small part of it broke off. The dentist just had to do a simple filling type procedure. However based on prior experience at other dentist offices, I know that the dentist rushed through my procedure, and injected the novacaine so fast that it was painful during the numbing process. He injected so much, so fast I felt the immense pressure build up in my gums during the numbing process and it HURT. I had to make him stop once bc it was so painful, and he was in such a rush he began drilling without even checking if I was fully numbed- I wasn't fully numbed- and felt the drill. That should've been my red flag to get up and walk out. He then proceeded to add more novacaine which was painful, NOT due to the needle, but due to the rushed technique. Dentists are supposed to SLOWLY INJECT the novacaine to ensure it doesn't cause pressure to build up, which can actually rupture the gums if done incorrectly. I'll never make the same mistake again. Overall the work he did on the tooth looks fine, but based on the skill of the dentist, I will not return here."

"This place is the most unorganized and unprofessional practice I have ever been in. They changed ownership several times in the past couple of years and that created chaos for their patients every time. In the past 30 days they cancelled and rescheduled my appointment three times. One of the reasons was their hygienist didn't show up on several occasions. One time they took x rays and said I had to do filling on one of my teeth and when I went in to do that they were pointing out to a different tooth. One time I had pain with one of my bottom teeth and they kept giving me completely different diagnosis every time I spoke to them-they kept changing their story. I do not recommend this practice even if it was the last place on earth. Very chaotic and staff is always very stressed, I always hear them trying to solve issues with their patients due to their unorganized chaotic process."

"I had a cleaning at the office this morning. Everything went so seamlessly. It was nice to a male working at the front desk, and was greeted by both employees. I claimed to the staff that I am currently “working thru” a brain disorder. The hygienists expressed sympathy that I was working through numerous appointments through-out the week. I go to numerous appts through out the weeks. All employees, male and females, were very sympathetic. They listened and Shared sympathies with me. My next appt is in November. Hopefully there will be a happy me! Pam Suver"

"So happy I found this Dentist. Have been twice already and the whole staff is just wonderful. Smiling faces easy to talk to. They make you feel like family. They are also very gentle when doing procedures. I highly recommend them."

"Dr. Hickey and all of his staff (front desk included) are amazing! They are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Hickey and the girls are great at making the experience more comfortable and are gentle.. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office. I wish I would have found it a long time ago."
