"I just stopped in today to demo some speakers and HOW RUDE AND STAND-OFFISH can you get?? This guy acted like how dare I interupt him. He told me that "most" of their customers listen to CD's and don't stream high resolution DSD's or FLAC's. What?! I hate leaving bad reviews.. but I own my own business and I would NEVER EVER treat any of my customers this way."
"I had recently moved to Cleveland and needed to replace my speakers for an apartment sized space. Knowing nothing about the store except the nod to the Bowie song of the same name I ventured in to look around. Michael greeted me and inquired if I needed help finding anything. We proceeded to a room with multiple sets of speakers that could switch back and forth for comparison listening. I really liked the Paradigm bookshelf size speakers immediately but Michael wanted to make sure I had the right pair and asked several useful questions about what I listened to and really took the time to insure the correct purchase was made.Never tried to suggest I needed something larger or more expensive and responded honestly and directly to my numerous questions. It was a very enjoyable experience and I’m sure to go back there for my next piece of high end gear when I deem it necessary!"
