"i ordered a meatball sub, 2 strombolis, and breadsticks. When we received our food the sub was not there. we went back and instead of calling or letting us know they were out of meatballs, they decided to just charge me. i understand they were busy but this is not the first times something has happened. one time i waited 2 hours for my order and they forgot about it when i called them. another time they just give us an empty box. they need to get it together."
"I have ordered two times atleast and it has taken twice as long as it said. They say it’s due to be short staff but I feel like that’s just an excuse. And it has been cold every time. I have ordered garlic sauce and it has been dumped all over. The pizza is good but the service is terrible!!!"
