"I mistakenly ordered Marinara sauce with my cheese sticks. I do not like marinara sauce. so I asked the girl to be sure to put in garlic sauce. she showed me the box that said marinara sauce. and I said well. I don't like marinara sauce. Could I have? Garlic sauce and she slammed it down and got the other one and was very rude. Rude employees make non returning paying customers."

"Do not order from here they Outsource their delivery through doordash and they're not accountable for the delivery driver not giving you your food and since you didn't make the order on doordash there's no way of you complaining through the doordash app to do anything about it because you didn't order through doordash it was Papa John's Outsourcing through doordash save yourself just get Domino's better Pizza anyways"

"20OCT2023: The pizza itself was good. Everyone came back for seconds. I made my order at 6:03PM. It arrived at 8:14PM. That's well over two hours. It took an hour and forty minutes between when i ordered and when it was out for delivery. Sure it was a Friday evening, but here's the thing: Pizzerias have existed since 1830, and came to the U.S. in 1905. The five day work week was established in 1908. What I'm saying is, pizza shops have had 115 years to figure out that you need extra staff on Friday evenings to make sure people aren't waiting two hours for their order. 03NOV2023: Update: I tried again, thinking that the problem may have been that I used the app during their busy time, so instead I called at four instead of ordering at 6:30. They promised a 25 to 35 minute delivery time. It's been over an hour. When I call for an update, the robot voice says it will arrive at 5:08PM, even though I called at 5:14PM. 03NOV2023: Second update: customer service was no help. Called the store and they said it would be there in ten minutes so I couldn't cancel my order. That was twenty minutes ago. now my entire timeline is messed up because the call center AND the local store lied about the time. Order Pizza Hut or Little Caesars or Donato's or even Domino's - anything but the Ravenna Papa John's"
