Best Western Adena Inn

"The beds are absolutely horrible! Our room is 2 double beds, sharing a room with our 7 year old. The head of the beds lean towards the wall/headboard, so we slept with our heads at the foot of the bed. Our backs are killing us, and not much sleep due to not being comfy at all! I'm hearing the king room bed is better but need a couch sleeper for our little, which they don't have."

"Gross. Hot. Loud. Not cleaned at all. Spend 30 dollars more and stay in a great room nearby. I will not be back."

"As a trucker I stay at a lot of hotels so I don’t usually write reviews but I will for this hotel. From the moment I called to ask questions about this place I was met with friendly service. Once I arrived they had a place for me to park my tractor and trailer just like the lady promised. When I arrived the young lady at the front desk was amazing I truly enjoyed the laughter she provided as well as her teaching me how to pronounce the name of the town! My room was very decent and I have no complaints I would definitely recommend staying and will stay here again!"

"The worst Best Western that we've ever stayed at. Getting to the Hotel itself should have been our first clue. We were put into the original (old) part of the hotel even though they had "just built six months prior" rooms available that were nicer and slightly larger. The room was ice cold, it was damp, and nasty if you looked closely at it (which we didn't try to do). The bathtub was obviously damaged and poorly repaired at some point. The sink wasn't completely sealed to the counter top (large gaping holes), the TV was broken, the toilet wasn't sealed to the floor properly. We don't blame the cleaning staff. They can only clean the surfaces, which seemed fine. The walls are not at all sound proof. You will hear people talking, doors slamming, and cars outside your window. But to give credit where credit is due, the front desk person was very friendly, and didn't seem to mind coming down the fix our TV. She was great. But I guess people think that the sensor on the front of the TV is a spy camera. So they rip it off the TV "all of the time". I get that... The hotel felt like that kind of place that would have hidden cameras in the rooms. To be clear, we didn't find or see any cameras. It just felt like there would be. We hope they can remodel this hotel and soon."

"Great clean hotel at a good price! Room was very clean and tidy service was great, the lady at check in helped me get my money back thru Expedia because they sold me a room that wasn't available which I really appreciated! Breakfast was really good with many different options. I would definitely stay here again!!"
