Domino's Pizza

"I had to argue with the manager to even get a refund. What sense does it make after I tell the guy the pizza was not even edible to tell me oh well we want to offer you more bad pizza? I'm sorry that you can't keep employees, but that isn't my problem. The pizza had been sitting, and this is according to their own app for over 25 minutes in the store before it finally got delivered to me cold. No thanks never again."

"Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 salads for delivery on a Sunday night. Both pizzas were so undercooked they were inedible. The salads came with brown and wilted lettuce. I called the store and offered to return the unacceptable food for a refund. Was placed on a brief hold and then told that they could either remake the order or give me a store credit. Being that I had company over, waiting for a second delivery was not an option for me. They offered me a store credit. Not acceptable either as the way this transaction went down, I won't be using it. Domino's, you got me for $70 tonight and gave me nothing in return. It will be the last you ever receive from this guy so enjoy!"

"Much better than that other one near by on Warrensville! Hoping they continue service with a smile and upkeep the quality. As long as they do so I'm a fan of this location. They also have a pizza tracker on their board with your name on it when you walk in to see of your pizza is ready. This matches the tracker you can view on your phone. Protip: Order online and bypass the line for pickup. Update: Still just as great. No complaints! #tiatriedit"
