"The pizza store on Coventry Rd. Over charge your debit card or credit card by 4.00 or more dollars this is the second time this has happen . Keep your receipts and monitor the charge on your cards . The staff act as if they don't know what your talking about. Be careful people with your cards at this place. It's a habit . Warning"

"Wish I would have read the reviews before I places an order. If I could give a 0 I would. I placed an order in a third party app for delivery. after watching 2 drivers cancel on my order I figured it was something with the store. waited patiently as my drop off time got pushed back 3 more times and my driver changed three more times. I then knew it was the store. After waiting over an hour and a half I still didn’t have food. I called the store 3 times no one answered, they played with my order until it was time to close and they turned the phones off…still ended with no food beyond unacceptable."

"Ordered online for delivery then received a call from the store that there was no one available to deliver that day. Was told I'd be refunded for the delivery fee and tip at pickup. No manager available at pickup and told to call for a manager to refund. Calls go unanswered, unreturned, or I just get hung up on. It's only $11 but the lack of customer service is really disappointing considering how often my kid wants to eat here."

"Ordered for delivery. Get the parmesan bread, it's amazing and HUGE! The sauce for the bread is so tasty, sweet and tangy marinara sauce. Just lovely. The thinner hand tossed crust with the up the edge of the pan edges was chewy and soft and yummy. Great job Guys!"

"My fiance and I accidentally stumbled upon this place when our original lunch plans were canceled last minute. Now, anytime we come to Cleveland, extra time is allowed to get pizza. Tricia is wonderful and always makes sure we are taken care of. Oftentimes she is the only one working but pizza is served hot and delicious everytime. It is worth the wait which can be avoided if ordered ahead of time. There aren't many places to sit, but no worries if you plan to grab and go. This pizza has sweet sauce and a chewy crust that's not too thick. I always get fresh mushrooms... not an easy find nowadays. Highly recommend!"
