Kids Plus Pediatric Dentistry

"I had a great experience with Dr Hillary and Dr Fischer last year but this time around, had Dr Maria. We met last week because my 8 year old needed a cavity filled and a cap. Last year, we had to do twilight sedation but Dr Maria suggested laughing gas. I said ok but didn’t know if it was going to work since it didn’t last year. Clearly annoyed, she responded that she had been doing this for 17 years and the dr who did it last time was fresh out of school. I was crying thinking about the whole ordeal last year and she was basically like fine you tell me what you want to do. I said I’d follow her recommendations but I was just nervous! The procedure was today. The hygienist and all support staff were really great like usual. Dr Maria was good with my son but again, annoyed that I was asking questions about what she was going to do. When it was over, she said they were done and I asked if he could take the gas mask thing off. She very defensively said no that it needed to be on. I told her I was just asking because I didn’t know and I wasn’t sure why she was so annoyed with my questions! She said I didn’t trust her and that she’d always do what was best for her patients. I wasn’t questioning this!! I legit just thought he could take it off since they were done. I felt very uncomfortable with her tone the entire time because I assume as a pediatric dentist, she encounters nervous parents all the time, and felt like I was just supposed to stay quiet and not ask questions. I’ll continue with the practice but will always request Dr Hillary or Fischer."

"I am SO happy I found this office! The place is super nice and clean. The staff is beyond friendly and make the kids feel so comfortable. After my 6 year old had a bad experience in a different dentist she was traumatize! Took her to kids plus and they did an amazing job. She was so comfortable and got everything done in one visit. Thank you Dr Hillary and Megan for being the best with my Kaylee. I am very grateful! Highly recommend this place."

"Visit 2: Dr. Hillary was tasked to complete 3 sealants and 4 resin composites, and was able to do this in one session. Dr. Hillary, with the assistance of her assistant Megan, was able to keep my daughter calm, and comfortable to continue with these very difficult procedures. It was their joyful personalities that was motivation for my daughter to complete these timely actions. I am again blown away from the ultimate professionalism, and ability to work with children. They are the best pediatric dentists, hands down! Visit 1: I have never ever ever...in my life...experienced such an amazing Dentist office such as Kids Plus! Where was this when I was a kid? Every single person in the building is amazing! Upon arrival, I was greeted with the ultimate professionalism from Sherrie and Krystle. As I filled out the forms, my daughter had the best time with their life-sized lightbright. Then my daughter was fortunate to have Judy as her dentist. She was so engaging with my daughter. Her delightful personality along with her wit made my daughter's experience such a memorable one. She even went home and told her grandparents all about "Ms. Judy". Finally, I was fortunate to meet Dr. Fisher, and then understood why the attitudes reflects leadership. She is the reason the culture is what it is. I can't say enough great things about Kids Plus. Highly recommend!!!"

"I took my 2y/o to get a dental exam for the first time. I was nervous because I noticed she was developing what looked like a cavity. Sandy was really nice and did her cleaning. As suspected my daughter needed cavities filled. Danielle was great with scheduling a follow-up appt and listened to my concerns. The day of the fillings, Dr. Hilary and Megan were great. You can tell they have lots of experience working with little ones. I was definitely more anxious than my daughter was. I’m so grateful for the kind and empathetic support my family received during our visit."
