"My kids braces will not stay on her teeth, only head them a week fell off twice….update 2 years and some change later they still won’t stay on they left glue all over her teeth. They can’t put the color on right. When she left last week her wire was wiggly then a bracket came off again haha then they tried to blame us even though this has been going on from the beginning. They stated two years ago the Kent office did not have a strong enough light and that was why they won’t stay on but now they are trying to say we owe $35 next time lol take them off already. Stop milking the insurance! They have dropped tools on her face so rough trying to remove a wire they have loosened and pulled off brackets lol this place is ridiculous"
"They never call you back. There rude and unprofessional!! They need to get it together. It's confusing you call it says the number is for precision dental and when you call it it takes you to refresh dental. Not very pleased"
