"I have been seeing Dr Rob for over 5 years now and have always been pleased with him & his staff. When I turned 65 this year, I was required to sign up for Medicare and chose a supplemental dental insurance plan. I was contacted by his staff before my scheduled appointment and informed that my dental insurance was no longer valid. I explained my situation and said i would text them my new insurance information which I did. When I arrived at my early morning appointment, Trish told they had not received the information, so I emailed it to them while I was there. While waiting to be treated, a young lady who handles the insurance came out and told me that " they were unable to verify my insurance and that I had pay my entire bill up front or they could not treat me. Let us know what you decide". I was taken back by the situation and was tempted to turn around and walk out the door. However, thinking I was already there and that would not be fair to Dr Rob nor the hygienist. I told her I was not going to cancel my appointment and would pay the bill in full which I did. Although I have no intentions of going back, I do highly recommend Dr Rob. He is very personable and seems to care about his patients. I do however recommend making sure your insurance is verified before you show for your appointment or be prepared to pay your bill in full, otherwise they will have no problem showing you to the door. I always feel that I am never rushed, treated with care and understanding. This is very important to me since sitting in that chair always makes me anxious, but Dr. Rob and staff always make sure I am comfortable and relaxed. Each time I visit whether for a routine cleaning or cavity fill has been an overall great experience. Not only do I feel taken care of in the highest regard but also feel more educated on proper at home care and how to best take care of my teeth for the future.
