Some of the things that make this office unique are games for kids to play in the waiting room, dental chairs that massage your back and reduce stress, TV's in each examining room with HGTV on (my favorite). The hygienists are like friends now! They are all so professional with a teaching heart. I like to know what's being done and why. "Routine cleanings are covered under our insurance. This was our first visit to Dr. Lubinsky, so I called them to confirm they take our insurance. Also, before proceeding with the work, his staff called our insurance while we waited in the office to confirm. Afterwards, they billed us for $261. I sent a written letter to Dr. Lubinsky explaining that we shouldn't be billed since I was told by his staff that they accept our insurance... no response, instead he sent the bill to collections."
