"Routine cleanings are covered under our insurance. This was our first visit to Dr. Lubinsky, so I called them to confirm they take our insurance. Also, before proceeding with the work, his staff called our insurance while we waited in the office to confirm. Afterwards, they billed us for $261. I sent a written letter to Dr. Lubinsky explaining that we shouldn't be billed since I was told by his staff that they accept our insurance... no response, instead he sent the bill to collections."
