"I made an appointment for 2:30. I arrived at 2:20 and was told I was late. I was a new patient and had to fill to forms. No one said anything to me earlier about filling out forms. I was also told that the receptionist would have to check with the dentist to see if I could still be seen. I waited on hold for several minutes, hung up, and called back. The second receptionist told me that I had to fill out forms in their office because I had said when I made my appointment that I didn't have access to a computer. I found their office on my computer. I waited several more minutes before giving up and leaving. No one from this office has made any effort to contact me to explain. I cannot recommend the dentist because I didn't see him. I would give this practice no stars but I cannot post without giving them at least one. I regard that as insult to injury."

We also see their dental hygienist Kathi who does a great job! I can't say enough nice things about the whole office including the assistants.
