"The place was great. I asked them if they took my insurance, “sure we do,” they said. Until I got my bill, called my insurance company, and they told me they aren’t in my network. Called Raymond dental group to check and they said, “oh, we aren’t in anyone’s network. “So my insurance only paid 25%. They could have informed me of that when I asked about insurance the first time. Totally my fault for not checking with my insurance, but I didn’t expect for them to not be totally truthful with me in the first place. So now instead of having a client for life, they have a disgruntled customer that will never recommend them to anyone. I guess I shouldn’t have thought they would be any different than any other business trying to get as much money as they can out of you."

"Charged me. Never sent a bill or a statement until I made multiple requests after they sent me to collections. Poor business practice. Overpriced. Want to work on teeth that 3 dentists told me did not need work. MONEY HUNGRY. Go elsewhere!"

"Dr. Kate and Dr. Nate are amazing as well as all of the medical staff and the front desk people. Honestly the car is amazing, the customer service is amazing. They are very upfront about pricing. Neither of the doctors judge you if you have bad teeth. Of course they want to make you healthy but they've never been condescending or rude. Yes you have to pay out-of-pocket for sedation but if you can afford it, it's leaps and bounds amazing. Love their salt water fish tank!"
