"Everyone was so friendly! I made an appointment for myself and my mother. We both went in at the same time and they had us done at the same time! The hygienists are amazing and I appreciate being able to have 2 appointments at the same time!"

"Dr. Allison and her team were extremely accommodating and professional. I brought my daughter in for a dental emergency and they saw us right away. Katie Zachardy, the practice manager however, was extremely rude and I’m not sure why I had to meet with her other than to collect payment but she was of absolutely no help. She was again rude, and condescending. Could not answer my insurance questions and instead of trying to help she got an attitude with me. 0/10 would recommend her but would recommend she take a behavior class if she wants to continue a career in a professional setting. Dealing with a young patient and nervous mom she showed zero compassion.. disappointing to say the least. In response to your reply: Check out your other bad reviews. They shed light on what your "practice" is really about. I'd also like to add at this time they tried pushing an unnecessary cosmetic procedure saying my daughter would need some sort of place holder for the tooth she needed pulled. On second opinion- had this happened 6months to a year ago yes, but should be fine without it. Also. you blew a hole through my dads face with your laser when you were re doing his teeth a few years back. This whole office is a scam. Past employees have said the same, not only about the overall attitude of staff members (KATIE in particular) but that you suck in general. Great day to you."

"I had a periodontal cleaning done today by Nicole, who I have been coming to for many years. She is always professional and thorough. She listens carefully to all of my concerns and has Dr. Bridget or another dentist come in to look at any issue that is concerning me. Nicole is a wonderful and skilled dental hygienist, but she is also a really nice person and easy to talk to."

"It is very disappointing to be writing this review. I was patient for around 20 years before leaving last week for a new provider. I needed something small handled while in for my cleaning. I was told there would be a fee and I asked them to double check that because I thought it should be covered under previous work. Once I pushed back on the payment, the whole tone change. Now they were worried about my tooth health and if it could handle the procedure. This never came up once when I was told there would be a charge. If I was willing to pay, no problem. Now that I am asking for it to be covered by extensive previous bills we cannot do it because of your tooth health. They also said I needed an additional procedure that would be extremely expensive instead of what I was asking for. I went to a different provider 2 days later and got everything taken care of without issue for about 1/4 of the price. My new provider had a lot of questions about what was being told to me from Perfect-A-Smile based on their x-rays/evaluation. I left Perfect-A-Smile feeling like I was being turned upside to make sure they shook all the change out of my pockets. I would not recommend this practice to anyone that I know."
