"I have been a patient of Dr. William Farr since he started his practice. I always recommend him to anyone who is asking about dental providers. It has been a treat to watch his practice grow from a small one room to what it is today. Dr. Farr is always kind and considerate. He also makes sure to explain everything (including the tools that he is going to use) for those who are dentist adverse. The staff are all amazing as well. Dawn (front desk and in all honesty the face of the practice) learns everyone by name and sight (which is no small feat). She is always warm and welcoming and can somehow even remember tidbits about your life. Elizabeth is always kind and patient when explaining the financial aspect of procedures as needed. The dental hygienists really go above and beyond to ensure that your visit is as smooth as can be. They take the time to explain what they are going to do before they do so and have calming demeanor that carry throughout your appointments. The only caveat in being truthful about Dr. William Farr in Rocky River, Ohio is that this will make him busier which means less availability for me as a patient but the team as a whole is so wonderful that I cannot find a single bad thing to say."
