"STAY AWAY. Get procedure codes and price shop. THEY ARE CONSISTENTLY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS INFLATED. AND? they try to tell you you need unnecessary work. I wrote a very large check to schedule such unnecessary work, called HOURS later (same day) to cancel the upcoming pre-paid appt, but they had already deposited my check so I could not do a stop payment on it. They've said they'll return the money, in a couple of weeks. So I just lent them my money. Assuming they don't take the money all together. My trust isn't high at this point. Hopefully a BBB formal complaint won't be necessary and they give me my money back."

"I would give zero stars if possible given their attempt to take $700 out of my pocket. I would highly advise going somewhere else. I'm not having any dental problems or issues at all. I just came in for a simple checkup and cleaning yet they magically found some $700 procedure that my insurance conveniently doesn't cover and will not give me a cleaning without it. I'm having no dental issues and there were no cavities found whatsoever. Complete rip off and a completely fabricated and unnecessary procedure to be offering me. I'll never be back to this or another Aspen Dental location."

"Went in for a possible filling and needed a bone graph along with an extraction I was very nervous but they was able to see me. The dental assistant that took my X-rays was very sweet. The dentist was okay she numbed me pretty good."

"Since they keep calling to schedule a cleaning I might as well leave a review. Had 2 back teeth pulled which is the only reason I gave 2 stars because they had to GO. Everyone was nice enough except for the doctor and the assistant that did the surgery. They told me to make sure I had a designated driver because they would be putting me under for it. THAT WAS A LIE. I was awake the whole time, my husband missed a day of work for no reason because my mouth was only numb, and now I won’t go back because you guessed it - they scared me off! Aren’t dentists supposed to encourage you to take care of your teeth not SCARE you away from them? I thought I’d found a nice place based on my first visit but I was so so so terribly wrong."

"I had an absolutely great experience with Aspen Dental today. The receptionist was quick to greet me when I walked in and got me started right away, within minutes I was taken back for my x-rays, the tech was also very nice and the x rays took about 5 minutes. The tech took me back to the exam chair and the dentist was there 2 minutes later. The dentist another nice woman, did my exam and I was done. They are so professional and very caring. I can't wait to get my new teeth, I haven't smiled in a long time, but I was today."
