"i had a fear of the dentist for years. this dental office was my first experience back in a few years. i have had nothing but good experiences over the past year being a patient. the hygienists and assistants are always wonderful and conversational, and the dr is very knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable when work needs to be done. scheduling an appointment has always been easy and they conveniently send text appointment confirmations that are easy to respond to."

"The team is nice but I have wasted two trips to the location to get a tooth pulled and no dice! Long story short my doctor signed their provided waver establishing my base BP they are fully aware of the medication that make it as high and I come in get in the chair and they refer me to Case. Taking off work finding a babysitter and told I am going to be able the second time and the same thing happens. It is so frustrating I don’t recommend find a full service dentist because they are not equipped for anything past a basic cleaning. The are a corporation thinking about their bill rates not the inconvenience to their patients."

"Not the greatest visit. I literally was there 10 minutes from start to finish. I went to pick up my dentures and the lady took me to the room rinsed off my dentures , handed them to me , I said they feel fine and she said have a nice day. No professional member of staff came and made sure my dentures fit properly. I felt as though I wasn’t important as a patient. There were questions that I wanted to ask but , wasn’t given the opportunity."
