Sound Advice

"Similar to other comments in here, at first, we thought they were good years and years ago, but in the last few years, they are very slow to respond, if they respond at all… Right now we have a TV that they talked us in to that stopped working after a year, and have been “waiting on a part” for over a year and a half, and now they won’t return our calls to update us on that. So now we have an absolutely useless TV in a main part of our house. Very sad how about the service has gotten."

Wr were lucky and found Legacy Custom Home Entertainment-positive, far more qualified technicians and real honest people. Not like Sound Advice: you would be wise to not buy his sales pitch."

"We purchased an MX-880 RF remote from Sound Advice several years ago. I cannot get anyone from Sound Advice to return any calls regarding service for this remote (it is very complex to program). We left voicemails at their office and with the owner, Mike Gutbier, on his cell. After about six weeks, I finally texted Mike one final time and got a simply return text stating he was very busy. I still have not heard back from him and its been months. As a result, we have an expensive RF remote that it all but useless. We have used this company a lot over the last six years. They used to be very good."
