"so i called to order pizza to it taking 20 min. Then them to tell me my card had a error to sending me to manager to put on hold another 20 min. so we figure it didn't go through so we decide to order someplace else got our food ate to have the driver from them to call tell us out pizza was there to be delivered. tried to call of course no answer or no one would pick up. we didn't even get everything we order. so we will never order there again it needs closed down."

"We usually order from Papa johns and always get the same thing with no problems. This time though our pizza was not cooked all the way, barely had any cheese and any toppings. Idk if it's cuz I used my papa dough points that they just threw it together and didn't care. But I was highly dissatisfied with our order. The only good thing was that it was a fast delivery, which is why I gave service a 4 star."

"I called the store 25 minutes prior to my order being picked up with them saying my order would be ready to pick up in 20 min. I arrived at the store to pick up my order and the guy running the store ignored me for 5 minutes. When he finally acknowledged me he asked if I had an order in. He looked at all the boxed orders and finally said, I'm getting ready to put them in after I put them together. I had to wait another 15 minutes and had to be back at work myself. Losing all of my break time to waiting for him to get it together. The guy did not offer an explanation let alone an apology. As soon as the food came out he quickly cut it and boxed it then pushed it out to me then walked away like I was a problem. I didn't complain and was patient and only ordered 2 papadillas. A very small order to be treated so rudely. This is how not to earn a tip!"

"Chillicothe High Street Store: Honestly the worst pizza I've ever had. Cardboard crust and very little pepperoni. Ordered extra mushrooms, hardly any of those either. Will not be ordering again... Ever"
