"Perhaps I caught the doctor on a bad day. The doctor's bedside manner was poor. I have a small mouth which is difficult to work on, but he said "I can't do this" and left in the middle of the work. I understand we are all human, but I felt it was unprofessional for him to display his frustration in front of a patient to that degree. The doctor discussed politics during my procedure which I didn't feel was appropriate banter. He was openly rude and demeaning toward his staff. I'm sure the quality of the doctor's work is fine. However that isn't everything, attitude counts."

"I highly recommend this dentist! I cracked two teeth and the nerves were exposed on both. It was excruciating. This dentist had me come in ON A SUNDAY and ended up removing three teeth. He's very professional. His dental assistant though...she was AMAZING. They had a hard time getting me numb, so they had to go into my jaw bone. Needless to say, I was really scared. She was the most calming person I've ever met. She held my hand. She had a soft tone voice. And she even asked if I would like her to pray for me. She held my hand and said a prayer. That kind of service makes such a huge difference. The only down side is that they don't take medicaid. But in an emergency, which this was, they worked with me. If I could give them 100 stars, I absolutely would!!! AMAZING!!!"

"Home Street Dental is local and close for me, which is a huge plus, but the staff are always amazing! I have a child who has severe anxiety with dental procedures and Lakin is always the best for him! Lakin, as well as the others, care about their patients and their patients comfort and experience. I’m glad ours has always been pleasant! We’re lucky to have a great group of dental experts right here in Georgetown, OH!"

"My wife said it was a bit painful getting fillings, she said they were very courteous and caring and helpful. My experience was that they were very gentle and when they saw that I was in pain they stopped and sometimes administered more novocaine. They were also very courteous and caring and helpful to me. The bills are normal across dentists but this office has great local plans to help in the amounts. Y giving a percentage off for checkups and fillings and other work done. Overall I definitely will go back!"
