"I have been a loyal patient at Kings Dental since 2014, and I can confidently say that it is the best dental office in Cincinnati. Recently, I had the privilege of experiencing the unparalleled expertise and dedication of Dr. Guy and his assistant, Danny, during a root canal and crown procedure. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Guy and Danny for their outstanding work. The root canal and crown procedure were particularly remarkable. Dr. Guy's ability to save a tooth that another dentist had deemed irreparable speaks volumes about his proficiency and determination. "Had appointment for a 3 month cleaning, appointment was confirmed 3 times for the cleaning and today I show up for my cleaning and was told I’m needing to have an exam and x-ray along with my cleaning. I advised that no one mentioned in any of the confirmations that I’d need to have an x-ray and exam also today, which costs more than I was expecting to pay today. A visit to the dentist isn’t cheap, so to not be prepared for the additional cost prior to my appointment is wrong. Each time I’ve gone for a cleaning, it was more than the last time. Now they want more money for more procedures…not for me. It’s more money and more time from my job. No thank you. I canceled and will find a new dentist…"

"Had severe pain after simple teeth fillings and eventually had my submandibular lymph nodes swollen because of their procedure. Clinic denied my reassessment and problem solving, and offered me to pay for another exam and service so they can fix the complications I have after their 1st procedure. Ridiculous In details: I had 3 fillings done and had severe pain after the procedure for weeks so I couldn’t even eat normally. doctor just suggested to wait and see if the pain will get down by itself. Eventually I have had my submandibular lymph nodes swollen and hurt on both sides of my jaw because of that in like 3-4 weeks after procedure. They scheduled me an appointment to see what goes wrong with that “fixed “ teeth. When I came for an appointment they told me I have to pay for it and for the service which is ridiculous because I have pain and swollen nodes as a complication of the procedure I had with them. I have never had any teeth problems or pain in my life, now I have to deal with that and they want me to pay extra to fix the problems that i started to have after their service."

"Having the filling at Kings Dental but did not do it well. After checking with another dentist and that doctor was shocked and asked me back to Kings said they should fix it (Insurance cannot cover the same stuff within short period) I contact Kings Dental (text/email) and they don't response until I call them directly to ask for appointment. You know what! They CHARGE ME AGAIN for that same filing and say this time is different doctor to help to fix it so have to charge it again! Will never visit there again! I did write the email and again never response so sorry I have to leave the honestly review here"

"Kings Dental has been a wonderful experience. I have had some dental anxiety since the pandemic started and the team at the Montgomery location have been excellent! Doctor Schlank and doctor Choksi are both wonderful and have been helping me get my teeth fixed. I don't remember everyone's name but Danny and Morgan are both fantastic dental assistants and everyone that works the front desk are super kind and very helpful. This is definitely the best dentist's office I have ever been to, and I highly recommend the location. Thank you, to the whole team!"
