"Was called day before appt and cancelled by dentist twice. Ofc never called me back or answered phone when I called to reschedule Find a reliable dentist she is not it."

"I have been going to Dr. Rodrigo for 10+ years. She’s a kind hearted, honest doctor who takes great care of her patients. I had a possible root canal under an old filling that was seen on an X-ray but when she got in there, she was honest and told me it was only a shadow in the X-ray and I did not need it. I almost cried from relief and thanked her for her honesty as I was prepared to have it done but didn’t want to. She takes every insurance (even the bad ones—personal experience) and has always told me up front what she thinks I need done and how I might maximize my insurance if I needed to so split up dental work to save money. Ex: I had some work done in November and finished other things in January so my insurance would cover it due to yearly maximums. I will go to her practice as long as I live in this area. She’s wonderful."

"The reviews honestly made me a little nervous but I know most that leave reviews only so it because of bad experiences. Lemme tell you. Doctor Rodrigo was very thorough with my appointment. She is very no nonsense which I appreciate very much. I had a deep cleaning and three tooth extractions. I have a fear of needles but she was quick with the anesthesia so I didn't have much time to let that fear set in. She made sure I was completely numb through the entire appointment, which lasted about an hour, and when I wasn't, she numbed the area that wasn't. Her staff are absolutely amazing. I can't express how grateful I am to everyone. Thank you all so much and I'll see you at my next appointment."

"Dr. Rodrigo dropped me as a patient and didn’t even tell me and she told me I needed a root canal thatbI didn’t. My son and husband missed their 1st appointment with Dr. Rodrigo, as stated in her terms and conditions, she would not reschedule or see them again. But I never missed an appointment with her and she dropped me too! Didn’t even tell me before my next appointment. Luckily, I called ahead and found out they canceled my appointment and me! I am so thankful that Dr. Rodrigo is not my dentist anymore. On my last appointment with her she told me I needed a root canal on one of my teeth and showed me the X-ray saying it was a huge cavity (as if I can tell what a huge cavity looks like) I said I couldn’t afford it right away. 6 months after she dropped me I went to another dentist about the tooth and he said we could absolutely save the tooth. I waited til I got it filled before posting… it went great!! Don’t go to her, she is not ethical!"

"Things went great the first visit but the second went south. Had a 3pm, told me they were a few minutes behind but turned out to be very behind and took a patient before me. Then the assistant said my appt was a 330, well I played the voicemail they left me along with the card they gave. 3p confirmation. I understand people get busy and behind but dont lie to people. The assistant lied to me and the dr said she doesnt want to take state insurance anyway. She makes nothing off of those patients and “its a waste of my time” she said. Update: Thank you for admitting our conversation. I already have plans with another provider since you and your staff seem to lack bedside manners and timeliness. Cleanliness, take a look at your yellow walls and rusty, moldy baseboard heaters. I’ll watch for infection. Also communication is lacking because they didn’t provide me with any after care instructions like every great doctor would do, just to ensure their is no liability issues. Lets just hope they cleaned the utensils!! It’s a shame Dr. Rodrigo doesn’t care about those children or parents with state insurance. It’s also a shame they are over booking themselves when no one is willing to work for them. Seems greedy on her part. I recommend exit interviews to find out why you cant keep reliable and helpful staff members. Its almost always management or their working conditions that is the problem. Good luck and God Bless!"
