"Been going here for awhile now w my kids, I've always felt the most comfortable being in the back w my kids when my kids are getting a procedure done. I never go back for the basic cleaning now but for a procedure I want to see what's going on w my child and they don't allow you to be back there w your kids. I do not feel comfortable with them telling me I can't be back there. Been here many of times and only have met the dentist one time! I don't even remember what he looks like. This to me isn't how you should treat your patients. You would think the dentist would be professional enough to come out and introduce himself to the parent of the child you're working on."
