"Really not impressed with how my visit went today. Showed up at 9 am for an appt I’ve been waiting two months for to be told, we left a message to reschedule. Only problem is, I never got a message. But they worked me in an hour later which was cool. Then they tried to charge me 100 dollars more than my original quote. Hygienist kept giving me reason after reason instead of just asking someone up front. I sat the whole procedure feeling lost and confused. If I hadn’t kept insisting the price was wrong, I think they wouldn’t over charged me. But once I showed them my insurance quote they honored the price. This is my first of a set of two deep cleanings I’m supposed to get. I’m hoping next visit won’t be as chaotic. The hygenist did say they had no manager at the moment so I’ll show mercy this time."

"This dentist office was great! They got me in and out super fast, made sure my teeth were healthy and clean. Their office is super clean and all the staff was super sweet! Will be returning here!"

"I work in customer service and I have to say, Mortenson Family Dental is the example of what not to do! I am less than impressed with how they do business. Having paid for treatment at the time of service then to receive a bill for 3X the amount quoted and paid for is beyond my comprehension. They do not have answers, do not return messages, but keep sending the same bill. Unbelievable!"

"Amazing dentist office. Very fast to get you on the books and Dr. Ray is an incredible dentist. She’s very smart and doesn’t waste time. The ladies at the front, Diane and Molly are the sweetest! My entire family enjoys this office and they are great with children."

"The runaround with my wife’s care has been outrageous. They have cause more issues with her teeth than help. They admit they did wrong things on one of her visits by all three dentist. Don’t think I will be continuing my care with this office here in Landen, if you choose a location avoid this one. I have had several procedures here with limited issues, but after witnessing the interaction between my wife and the new dentist it was unprofessional and un called for my wife was worried about the medication the dentist prescribed and talked with the pharmacy about this issue. The dentist pretty much said she didn’t care what the pharmacy said. If you’re not willing to listen to your patients concerns then maybe you shouldn’t be in this medical field. The communication is lacking in this office she wasn’t aware of medication being sent to the pharmacy for her to even had to take before the appointment."
