"Front desk was very rude upon arrival to my daughter as well as myself. Immediately they very rudely told me to sign a paper stating that from now on if I didn't confirm then they will move my appt as they wish and or cancel my appt. I said ok, then rudely handed me a big stack of papers to fill out for my whole family. I have never experienced a ride person at the clinic until this appointment. You should really try to get your front desk staff back. The office manager was kind and helpful at the end of my appt and Bella and the dentist were professional and friendly. You have an issue with your new front desk staff."

"Out of the last 4 dentistry I have been to this has been the best. Dr. Shalash was fast gentle and made getting work done the most comfortable experiences that I have had in along time can't wait to go back again."

"I have never had a bad experience with the Landen location. Everything has been detail oriented. I am taking the review down two stars because of the rescheduling nightmare (7 months is the earliest??) Thankfully my hygienist has properly scheduled my visits much closer. The billing has needed adjustments, too. The laid back atmosphere should return."

"I have been a patient at CDS Dental Services in Landen for over 15 years and have had a generally positive experience until recently. One of the aspects I've always appreciated is their efficient insurance processing and hassle-free billing, which made each visit less stressful. Additionally, their approach has been commendable for not being pushy about upselling or offering unnecessary services. The hygienists have consistently provided pleasant and cordial care, contributing to an overall comfortable experience. However, my recent experiences have been less satisfactory. The last two appointments for my family were canceled very close to the scheduled times. While I understand that cancellations can happen, the lack of available rescheduling options has been a significant inconvenience. The earliest available appointment being seven months out is not feasible for us. (Sounds like a staffing shortage.) In light of these scheduling challenges, I find myself in the position of having to look for another provider for dental services. It's a regrettable decision given our many years of good experiences with CDS Dental Services. I hope this feedback can be useful for them to address these issues and improve their service for future patients."

"The dentist and hygienist may be good, but none of that matters without appointments. The last time I booked I booked out over 7 months. The day before my 8am appointment (confirmed via 2 other texts), they send me a text at 4:30 pm sating my appointment is 7p. I called because they aren’t open that late. The lady on the phone told me she couldn’t see what was going on and she would have a schedule coordinator call with the next 2 hours. 2.5 hours latee I call, this lady seea no notes but confirmed they are not open at 7p and that I no longer have a 8 am slot. She said they would have to call me first thing in the morning but she was sure they would be able to get me in sometime. They never called. This is the fourth appointment they have cancelled on me in the past 6 years. Each time they cancel it is 4-6 months before they get me an appointment. Clearly they have too many patients."
