"So glad I called Greenfield Family Dentistry today. Not only were they accepting new patients and my insurance, but they could get me in today due to a cancelation. As soon as I called the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The assistant was and amazing and gentle with all my x-rays and cleaning. When Dr. Jacob came in he was very kind and thorough with what I needed done. Highly recommend!"

"Chipped my back tooth. I called to make an appointment there because my usual dentist couldn’t get me in for another three weeks. The receptionist told me they would not accept me because “ they don’t accept patients who jump from office to office “"

"This dentist office should absolutely be ashamed of themselves by the way they treated my father. My Dad suffers from many different health issues one being COPD. When he catches something as small as a cold he is not able to function. He had pneumonia and called to cancel his appointment the day of because he was hoping to feel better. He had a broken tooth and it takes weeks to get an appointment. He showed up for his rescheduled appointment and he was told he would have to pay a fee plus the amount of the extraction. My Dad lives on a very fixed income and was not prepared to pay double what he had planned to pay. He told the lady that he didn’t bring that much money with him. So the more he thought about he decided that he didn’t appreciate the way he was made to feel. So he went up the front desk an slight tossed the receptionist the $50 and told her “thank you for nothing”. So the dentist called my dad and left him voicemail talking about how he was being discharged from the practice for treating his staff badly? My Dad said that the receptionist was very rude from the very beginning when he called to cancel his appointment for being sick. I thought that we are still dealing with COVID and taking precautions and not going out in public places when we are sick? So in turn you are rude and judgmental to a elderly man and charge him unnecessary charges. My question is what happened to good patient care? I do not suggest you send your loved ones to this office."

"I highly recommend Greenfield Family Dentistry. I was hesitant I will admit but the entire staff, and Dr. are great. I felt like family and the work I had done was great, did not hurt me once. You have to try them. I am overjoyed."
