"Arrived to find a “temp” hygienist. Thought I was in an SNL skit. I don’t think she knew what she was doing. Water spraying everywhere. My mouth hurts and I don’t feel like my teeth have been cleaned. When I left I told them to never put me with her again! Bad experience!"
"Quite frankly, this is not a practice that O will support nor can I recommend it. My first treatment experience was horrible and very painful; the hygienist was slow and didn't explain their practice procedures. The dentist was rude, as well. I gave them a second opportunity, which went fine, but then received an obnoxiously worded letter on 2/6 alleging that they were very concerned because they had been trying to reach me. I hadn't heard from them in months, and they didn't set a treatment plan when I first saw them, so I wasn't aware that something more was needed. I was shocked by the letter, which basically read to me like we don't care about you and would be happy to lose you as a patient. The intent may have been to keep me as a patient, but they way the letter read? It backfired."
"Took my 3 year old to see Dr. Paula Zimmerman and she was wonderful. (can't remember the hygienist name but she was amazing too!) The hygienist and dentist have sent my daughter mail and she loves it. They sent a card with a printed photo they took of her at the office, stickers and a special note. They sent her a followup letter (written to her which is so cool) a few weeks after the visit with more stickers and a reminder to brush her teeth everyday. Truly amazing practice that values each of their patients!"
"I have used Grove City Family Dentistry for over 10 years. They are always friendly and do a great job. I have also never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my scheduled time. They are usually either a few minutes early or right on time. I cannot imagine going anywhere else."

Our cleanings are always painless and thorough. If we have work that needs done, the dentists make sure it's only done if it's absolutely needed, and their advice is always very feasible and helpful. Check out is always easy, and they take their time explaining any expense you may pay. Our experience from start to finish is always seamless. This facility lives up to its name as it is perfect for any family."
