"Without trying to sound unkind, nice people but “you get what you paid for”. WJD is lower cost than many dental offices but in exchange you will not get the most experienced dentist (well, at least I didn’t, not Dr. Patel) nor do you get the highest dental tech. I felt I was back about 25 years with their tech and abilities. Staff is great, they can get the job done at a good price. Follow up: May 3 2022 I believe I will seek another dentist. 1) I scheduled a cleaning exam for Monday, once there I was told the Dental Hygienist is not in on Mondays – did not get a cleaning 2) I was told I need two Resin based composite fillings, did not explain to me why, either that or I could not understand the Dentist 3) The Dentist is VERY difficult to understand, it makes it difficult to ask questions and get the correct answer. 4) The entire practice seems very amateurish. 5) Nothing is explained well. 6) I purchased the “special protection plan”, only got x-rays and “exam” – maybe I could get some refund. Two years ago I purchased the same plan, I was able to get the first cleaning but not the second."

"I recently had excruciating tooth pain in the most remarkable degree. If you so much LOOKED at this tooth, it felt like someone was using a jackhammer to ram a white-hot ice pick into the side of my head. Shelby was ever patient with me as I begged to get in on short notice. She hooked me up not once, but twice, in fact, and is easily the most compassionate office coordinator I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Dr. Farrkh must have put some serious nerve-blocker in my gum, because I didn't feel a thing. Heck, I barely felt the shot! And not only that, but Dr. Patel stopped in to check on me. Just to check in! You definitely get the impression that these are people who truly care about their patients as people. The All-Star Pro of the day, though, was Brittany, who I have spent a lot of time with, thanks to a couple of aging crowns... On this day, she did a couple of lateral fillings (One because it hurt, one because "we had the hood up...and it needed it.) that finished out as smooth as glass. The pain is gone, and even though the two teeth are in the very back, she made them look just as pretty as the ones in the front. On top of that, she is a delight to spend what would otherwise be a not-so-great time in a dentist chair with. She (And Marrissa, it should be noted...) are most excellent caregivers, and conversationalists. Both of them laugh at my terrible jokes, and tell me my singing is good, and most importantly, provide top-notch service and care. This place is phenomenal. I mean that."

The front desk receptionist Courtney is very helpful and will answer any questions you have about your visit or any questions you have about what your insurance will and won't cover and how they can help."
