"If anxiety management if a concern for you this may not be the best place. I will clarify below. This is a hard place to rate. So far the positives are that the work has been done well, and the front desk workers need a medal for their scheduling feats, but you guys need to work on the N20 administration. I paid and extra ~$180 for N20 during an extraction and I was basically consciously sober (For lack of a better term) the entire time. I was told I was being given the maximum rate of gas, but it effectively did nothing. I do not have any history of anesthesia resistance. I've received N20 before at other facilities with much greater effect and thus better post operation mental health. I've also had an extraction without N20 at the Neely office so I have something to compare to. I'd wager fault is partly mine, as I should have known my own boundaries and simply accepted a referral to an office with more robust anesthesia options."
