"Very impressed, I had a dental emergency and couldn't find anyone near Troy that would take my insurance , I couldn't even find anyone that we could pay out of pocket . Are daughter Mindi recommended Dr Ritzi and they got me in right away and took very good care of me. Very friendly and professional staff, I highly recommend them."

"Great care and staff. Dr. Ritzi takes the time to get to know you- rare these days for doctors. I didn't feel like just a number. Prompt service and friendly staff. I recommend Dr. Ritzi to all my family and friends."

"I have went to Ritzi Dental since I was a kid so I wanted to continue taking my daughters there. My husband switched to a new company 6 months ago meaning we got a new dental insurance. I gave the receptionist our insurance and specifically asked her "do you take this insurance?" She said "oh yes absolutely". Leading me to believe I would not have any issues. We scheduled our daughters teeth extraction 4/13/22 and this office never once said anything leading me to believe that the insurance would not be an issue. We got the "pre-determination" price but she stated after they sent it to insurance they would make any necessary adjustments. So I paid that day on a credit card. After the insurance company reached out we found out that Ritzi Dental was not in our network. The receptionist DID NOT once tell me that we were not in network. I called them and she acted like it was not a big deal that she did not specifically tell me that we were out of network. Our insurance covers 90% of that procedure but thanks to this office we are paying 75% of the total out of pocket. I have never had an office NOT disclose that my insurance was not in network, they have always informed me whether or not we were in network. This office however did not feel the need to disclose that but was more than willing to schedule the procedure."

"Very friendly staff but this office is HIGHLY sales driven. I went in for my new patient appt. they took X-rays along with measurements of my gums. I was told that my gums were not healthy and I would need some sort of gum therapy treatment that would run me over $700 and insurance would not cover. I asked if it was necessary then why wouldn’t my insurance cover it and was given a vague answer. I have good dental coverage so I declined the treatment. Fast forward to my next dental appt (different office) they did the initial patient intake exams including gum measurements. Said I was in good shape and would just need a general cleaning. Staff was wonderful however beware and do your homework before you fork out hundreds of dollars out of your own pocket for a “necessary” procedure."

"This is the most amazing medical experience I've ever had. Dentist, doctor, or otherwise I have never had an experience like this. They listen and talk with you to figure out what exactly is going on. They sat with me for over an hour talking about my daily life to figure out what the cause of my tooth decay was. Went above and beyond with care at no extra cost. Made sure all of my questions were answered and that I did not feel rushed or like I wasn't worth the doctors time. If you are a person who gets nervous about the dentist like I am, come here. They are worth paying out of pocket for if your insurance doesn't cover it."
