"I had a very strange experience here. This practice has a lot of great reviews so I figured I couldn't go wrong getting a consultation. I have a tooth that's been chipping for years despite bonding and a night guard, resulting in cold sensitivity and a tooth that just looked chipped away. I didn't even spend 5 minutes with this dentist (after driving 30) before he told me it wasn't possible to be fixed without extensive work done including braces. He didn't explain why and was super short. I arrived 5 minutes late due to 3 separate road closures so I'm guessing he was perhaps mad I was late? I do recognize the importance in being timely, I'm generally quite prompt, but sometimes things just happen you can't control. Ultimately, I went back to my family dentist and they put a crown on it which has resolved the issue. I wouldn't recommend this practice but I will add the front desk employee is very nice and responsive."
