Requiring a full amount to be paid before services and insurance is filed is not client focused but his bottom line. Needless to say, this office felt more like a used car experience than a dentist. My husband used them before for routine exams and help but when it came to a more expensive procedure for our son, full amounts were suddenly expected up front. So disappointing. Shop around for someone who is patient first."
