Franklin Dental Care and Dentures

"DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! My girlfriend came here a week ago for the first time and they told her she had a cavity that needed to be filled. We just came today and they decided they’re just doing a cleaning. Then she came from in the back trembling and bawling her eyes out and saying how bad her mouth and teeth were hurting. She also has TWO CHIPS in her teeth. The dentist then told her not to worry about her cavity and to brush it for the next 3 months and come back & hopefully it’ll have gotten better and smaller?!?!?! Anyone with a brain can do a quick Google search and know that cavities do not heal themselves and are only going to get worse and decay more overtime. I should also point out that this place doesn’t open until 10, but they had apparently scheduled for five appointments before 10 o’clock somehow and we’re very obviously just trying to get people out of there as quick as possible. This would explain why she advised them that they were hurting her multiple times and going to fast and their response was to just keep going. Not only will we never be going back here, this place should be shut down and lose their licenses. If you want to have an absolutely terrible dental experience then I highly recommend coming to this place otherwise stay as far away as you can!"

"I'd like to give zero everything because they were not polite, I've been clean for 3 years. They treated my like I wasn't worth the time or effort. I would never recommend anyone going here especially if you want to keep self-esteem."

"Everybody was really friendly and help me clean my teeth which I hadn't in over 20 years just make sure you have something like CareSource for insurance and they will take care of you highly recommended place 9.5 out of 10."

"Made a general cleaning appointment. I took my bf with me and was told he could sit in the room with me. Found out after the appointment the doctor told him no he couldn’t sit with me because I wasn’t handy capped. When the cleaning began the water was filling in my mouth so much it felt like I was going to drown. I had to keep swallowing the water. The doctor stopped the cleaning and asked me very rudely “what is going on?” “Why do you keep swallowing?” When I told him I felt like I was going to drown he then lectured the assistant to hold the suction tool better. He scrapped at my gums for like 5 mins and told me I was done. And said that I could follow up the appointment with an actual cleaning. I thought that’s what I had made an appointment for… not sure what he actually did. Do not recommend"

"Definitely believe the reviews and don't go to this place. I was in and out without any explanation as to what was going on in my mouth or why I needed 5 teeth pulled. I was also told I needed a deep dental cleaning but after I went to a new dentist and got a second opinion I was told I am not someone who needs a deep cleaning as I have little to no tartar/plaque. You will be given an outdated list to find a surgeon to do your extraction. They billed my insurance for something they didn't do/I didn't even need. Don't go here!!!! Seriously, don't go."
