"... this plaza offers a variety of retail venues, and a beloved theater! However, the actual property is awful.. parking lot isn't maintained, snow plow does a hideous job - be cautious of ice in the winter....and building and signs look as though they have never been updated. I wish the property managers would take greater pride to support their tenants, and put more effort into this part of Kent."
"Gotta love the Dollar Tree for seasonal decorations. Where else can you find bows for $1.25"
"The management doesn't do much for this plaza even with adequate occupancy. Parking lot has some really rough spots, Planet Fitness roof has been leaking for last three years at least and they come periodically and do something up there but, still leaks!"
