"Treated their caresource patients like absolute garbage. Tried to take out all of my teeth at only 22 years old. Had to go have Dr. Sikora fix all of their mistakes once I finally got real insurance a couple years ago. Still dealing with the repercussions of them pulling teeth that didn’t need pulled because they were too lazy to treat me properly. Would give a zero if I could."
