"I can’t say enough about Dr.Phillips at the Chardon smile center and his staff! The word Amazing is what I think about them. I never liked going to the dentist but now I don’t mind at all. I actually look forward to it! Because Dr. Phillips and his staff are very welcoming and make u feel comfortable and at ease. I also noticed living in Chardon he helps the community in many ways supporting sports and also is a big community supporter you always see him and his staff at thing the community is putting on. If you’re looking for a new dentist Dr.Phillips and his staff is the one to look into. My whole family goes there and loves it!!"

"I know most people don’t love going to the dentist, but it literally terrifies me. If it weren’t for ALL the staff at the Chardon Smile Center, I would never be able to have anything done concerning my teeth. They are truly, the absolute, most wonderful group of people I have ever come across. It’s not common anymore to get any customer service, let alone, FANTASTIC care from an entire group. Every single person I have encountered there, has been professional, genuinely kind and compassionate, and always extremely helpful. They don’t judge you or make you feel inferior bc you are scared. Instead, they treat you with gentleness, encouragement, and professionalism.
